Harbour View Villa has an elevated location 60 yards from the tropical warm turquoise waters overlooking the deserted offshore islands of Man O War Cay (pronounced key) and Moriah Harbour Cay. Built 5 years ago this luxury home is in the tranquil setting of Hartswell at the eastern end of Great Exuma in the central Bahamas.
This beautiful home is tastefully decorated and designed to have the upper level available as a vacation rental.
Starting from the external staircase that leads to the full width massive balcony area. Equipped with loungers and dining table and chairs making this the perfect location to admire the amazing views. On the northside you have views of the deserted offshore islands, the calm waters some half mile wide between, and across the Ocean to Elizabeth Harbour and Little Exuma.
The balcony views to the South extend across the island to the shallow waters of the Ocean where bonefish abound. From here you can see Ospreys with their young, dolphins swimming by, and turtles and rays.

Double doors lead indoors where the fully equipped kitchenette is in front of you. The tiled worksurface has a coffee maker, an electric grill pan, and a toaster oven. Cupboards above and below provide ample storage with all the utensils, cooking and dining equipment. The microwave sits on a shelf above.
To your left is the lounge dining area with sofa, bookcase with books and games, storage with satellite television, and dining area with table and chairs. The large window provides views looking South over the Ocean.
The second fully equipped bathroom leads off from the Lounge and includes a stock of fishing rods you are

There is a staircase leading down to the owners acommodation and a door has been placed on the stairs to provide you with the privacy you deserve. However, if you need help or advise just ring the bell and we will be there to assist and advise.
All rooms throughout the 1300 sq ft accommodation have tiled floors, vaulted ceilings over 12 foot high with ceiling fans and individual split air conditioning for your comfort.
From the kitchenette a door leads into the master bedroom suite.
The master bedroom measures over 27ft long by 16ft wide with floor to ceiling double windows
overlooking the amazing views of Ocean and offshore islands. The Queen sized bed faces the windows so you wake to the pleasing vistas. The room is furnished with a large desk and dressing table with double fans and AC to keep you cool. The walk in closet provides copious storage options. The master bathroom has double sinks in a tiled surface with large mirror over. The shower is fully tiled and walk-in size
with glass block wall for more light.
Our dock is a 5 minute walk and there is our 2 person kayak awaiting you to paddle in the sheltered waters, and get across to the deserted islands where you may find baby grouper, rays, and turtles.
Harbour View is available for rent for 2 adults and up to 2 children. The children would sleep on the sofa which converts to twin beds.
The rent is $175 (US) per night or $900 per 7 night stay, or $3000 per month.
